Where we ship We currently ship within Egypt only, to all governorates (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta, Canal Cities, Upper Egypt, Red Sea, and more).
Shipping fees
  • Alexandria: Free
  • Other governorates: EGP 70–100
  • Free shipping on orders over EGP 3000
Delivery time
  • Alexandria: 1–3 business days
  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
  • Other governorates: 3–7 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.
Order processing Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Saturday–Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or holidays are processed the next business day.
Payment on delivery (COD) We accept Cash on Delivery as well as online payment via Paymob, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash

Missing or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive within the stated timeframe, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at +20 11 43820501 or info@whiffragrances.com and we will resolve it.
